Citywire Selection verdict: Jan Luthman and Stephen Bailey use a global thematic process to structure their fund . A current theme is pharmaceuticals which currently have low valuations, whilst financials feature less prominently than in the index. A proportion of the fund also invests directly in international companies. Long-term performance is robust though the fund missed out on the cyclical rallies of 2012 leaving it lagging the index over three years. As a result we are watching performance closely.
