Management Contract & Fees:
Management fee at the annual rate of 1.25% on the first GBP115m of the companys gross assets and 1% per annum on any amount exceeding GBP115m of gross assets, calculated weekly and payable monthly in arrears (save that in relation to cash and near cash assets above 1.25% of net assets, a reduced fee of 0.25% per annum is payable). The contract is terminable on six months notice by the Company. A Secretarial fee is paid to JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited out of the management fee.
